Returns

All sales are final and no refund or exchange will be issued. Devious Customs does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstance. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Defective products are eligible for exchange only with approval from Devious Customs. 
  • At our discretion we may allow a return with a non negotiable 30% restocking fee. 

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Gather your order documents such as email confirmation with order number.
  2. Send an email to info@lgp.zzm.mybluehost.me with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Order number
    3. Item you would like to exchange
    4. Photos of defective or damaged product
  3. You will receive a reply with further instructions


Additional Information:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
    • It generally takes about 3 days for us to respond to your request. 
    • The timeline for a replacement product, if approved, depends on the product production schedule and could take up to several weeks. 
    • Replacement product will not be shipped until the original product ordered is received. 
  • Any approved exchange will be return shipped with a Devious Customs issued call tag.
  • Lost or damaged returns are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to file a claim with the shipper.
