Returns

All sales are final once they are placed (regardless if it has shipped or not) and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Devious Customs does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Defective products are eligible for exchange only with approval from Devious Customs. 
  • At our discretion, we may allow a return with a non negotiable 30% restocking fee. 

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Gather your order documents such as email confirmation with order number.
  2. Send an email to shipping@deviouscustoms.com with the following information 
    1. Name 
    2. Order number 
    3. Item you would like to exchange 
    4. Photos of defective or damaged products 
  3. You will receive a reply with further instructions 

Additional Information:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
  • It generally takes about 3 days for us to respond to your request. 
    • The timeline for a replacement product, if approved, depends on the product production schedule and could take up to several weeks. 
    • Replacement product will not be shipped until the original product ordered is received or a tracking number is provided. 
  • Any approved exchange will be returned shipped with a Devious Customs issued call tag.
