Inspection Upon Receipt
IMPORTANT: Please open and thoroughly inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Verify that all contents are included and that there is no damage. Returns and warranty claims must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your package.
Shipping Methods: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, Freight, Local Pick-Up (Riverside, CA)
Devious Customs generally ships all orders via UPS Ground.
- Transit Time: Standard transit time is typically 2–7 business days within the domestic U.S.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to the email address used during the order placement.

Signature Requirement: A signature is often required for delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at shipping@deviouscustoms.com. This can be arranged for in-stock products, and you will be responsible for the price difference.
Truck Freight
Certain large or heavy items (e.g., Rear Ends, El Presidente, windshields) must be shipped via truck freight. We may also use truck freight for any large order where it is deemed the safest and most effective method. Customers will always be notified and consulted before any order is shipped via truck freight. Production and Lead Times
Please Note: Most of our items are custom-made to order and are not stocked and ready to ship. Our production team works diligently to complete orders as quickly as our production scale allows.

Standard Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 15 business days.

Extended Shipping Time: In some cases, due to the custom nature or complexity of parts, shipping may take up to 60+ days.
- Communication: We maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays to ensure you are always informed.
Shipping Costs and Insurance
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

Insurance: All shipping charges include insurance coverage for the full value of the order.
- Final Price: The price calculated at checkout is the final shipping cost to the customer.
Insurance Claims Process
Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
Damaged in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the claim.
Lost in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has conducted an investigation and officially deemed the parcel lost.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. By placing an order, you agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
Exceptions to the Policy:

Defective Products: Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange only, subject to approval by Devious Customs. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that is damaged or defective.
- Discretionary Returns: At our sole discretion, we may authorize a return subject to a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee.
Warranty Claims
Devious Customs honors all valid warranty claims, provided the claim is submitted within 30 days of item receipt.

Return Shipping: Customers will either be issued a call tag for return shipping or required to pre-pay the return shipping. If the warranty claim is successful, we will reimburse the pre-paid shipping cost.

Processing Time: We will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Resolution Options: Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have the choice of:
- (a) A refund to your original payment method.
- (b) A refund in the form of store credit.
- (c) A replacement item (subject to current stock availability).

Domestic Delivery Terms

Transit Time: Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2–7 days.

Change of Delivery Address: We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please email your request to shipping@deviouscustoms.com.
- P.O. Box Shipping: Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Out of Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock, we may hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship. If preferred, we can dispatch in-stock items immediately and ship the remaining items once they become available. Please contact us to arrange this.
Tracking and Damaged Parcels

Tracking Notifications: Customers will receive a tracking email upon dispatch. Please contact us if you do not receive this notification.
- Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you receive a parcel damaged in transit, you must:

- Take an inventory of all contents to note any missing items.

International Shipments
Devious Customs has limited international shipping capabilities. We highly recommend that all customers outside of the U.S. utilize a shipping forwarding company. Shipping to a U.S. freight forwarder is often more cost-effective for the customer, and the forwarder can manage all associated duties, taxes, and the final leg of the shipment. We are happy to ship to the forwarder and coordinate the handoff. Import Duties & Taxes

Liability: Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and will be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential fees before placing an order.
- Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Devious Customs, and the customer will be responsible for all associated return expenses.
